HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO FULFILL MY ORDER?

Other than items listed as "Preorder" everything else in the shop is ready to ship.  This means I'm able to get them out to you as quickly as possible, and try to do so within 3 business days of your order.  Preorder items take longer because the fabric will be custom ordered for you, which may take a few weeks to receive.

HOW DO I WASH MY POM BEANIE?

While handwashing is suggested I realize that's not realistic for everyone!  You can machine wash your pom beanies on a gentle cycle in COLD water.  Once it's done washing, give it a quick shake to fluff up the pom and lay it flat to dry.  DO NOT PUT YOUR BEANIE IN THE DRYER.  

I'VE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE AND WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE.  CAN THIS BE DONE?

Definitely!  I'd love to help you out with that.  All shipping expenses will have to be covered by you for the return and the new size though.  As soon as I receive your previous purchase and ensure it wasn't washed/worn and is still sellable, I will gladly send you a replacement size. Returns must happen within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Returns after this time frame will not be accepted.
